Terms & Conditions – Babar Khan Hotel & Restaurant

1. Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A valid ID and advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

4. Payment

• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

• All payments must be completed at the time of check-in unless stated otherwise.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests causing disturbances.

6. Damage & Liability

• Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

• The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to valuables not stored in designated areas.

7. Smoking & Pets

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

• Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises.

8. Restaurant Usage

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the restaurant.

• Please inform staff of any food allergies prior to ordering.

9. Event Bookings (Marriage Hall)

• Advance booking and a non-refundable deposit are required for event reservations.

• Final guest counts and event details must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.

10. Amendments

• Babar Khan Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
